So do we! In fact, we are certain that you will like and enjoy using our decal products so much that if you have a problem with any portion of it, return the unused portion for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.
We also take that guarantee one step further.
Should you have a problem with the quality or use of a decal product from any sci-fi decal printer operator, we will replace free of charge that product with something comparable from our catalog.
Simply send us the defective product and we will replace it with a decal from our catalog selection. If you don't see something similar, drop us an email with your request and we may possibly have a similar layout in our library that will be useful.
Our decal designer has been serving the sci-fi and Trek hobby industry since 1989 and has been directly involved with the development, design, and execution of many licensed Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, and Babylon 5 model kits.
We do not 'best guess' the graphics in our decal products. Our decal product graphics were rendered directly from the studio model graphics thru precise measurements of studio models, from the actual decal sheets created for the studio models, and from CGI files of the various starships and space stations.
No other sci-fi decal printer can make that statement.
